My favorite story is the Paul Bunyun story. He was shiped away because he was too big. He even coused an earthquake!

My favorite part is when the messenger told the queen ( the one that had faked spinning the straw ) what he had saw that night. He said he had saw something very strange. He saw a little house. Infront of the house was a fire. And around the fire a tiny little man was dancing. Now my favorite part is when the messenger told the queen what he was singing. " Tonite my cakes I bake. Tonite my beer I make. Tomorrow, tomarrow, tomarrow, the quern's baby I take!
I connect becouse my dad likes beer. I collect the bottle caps.

My favorite part is when Mr.Brooks asks Meg to be his wife.Now Mr.Brooks didn't have any money at the time but Meg didn't care.Also Meg was not able to marry Mr.Brooks untill she was 20 yaers old,and that was 3 years away. Meg's family was happy for both of them, including Mrs.March,Mr.March,Amy,and Beth. But Jo was not happy because she didn't want her sister to move away from her.
My connection is when my mom or my papa is going out of town and I start to miss them like crazy,and sometimes I can't even go to sleep! When I read about Beth Jo missing her sister it made me think of how I miss my mom or my papa like crazy when they go out of town. Sometimes I can't even go to sleep, I miss them so much!

My favorite part of the book was when the prince had broken the spell that Settareh's sisters had put on her .The way her sisters did it was with hairpins from a little jug. After Prince Mehrdad broke the spell from Settareh they were married.After they were married Settareh's name was changed. Settareh's name was changed to PRINCESS Settareh.
My connection was when Prince Mehrdad didn't talk to anybody, not even the queen, made me think of the time I didn't talk to my sister, Elizabeth.

My favorite part is when Tom,Joe,and Huck/Huckleberry run off to be pirate's.They all run off because they wanted to be free in other words they wanted to do what they wanted to do.Those things were like no baths,no school,and no clean clothes.But soon they became homesick,but Tom figured out a way to change Joe's,and Huck's mind even though Tom was homesick too.But soon all of them were really,really homesick even Tom,so they went back home.
My connection is once I was so mad at my mom,and dad that I thought that I should run away,but I didn't.

My favorite part was when they were at their house went in circles and landed on the bad witch. The munchkins were greatful to Dorthy for her house landing on the witch because the Witch was mean to the little munchkins. Then dorthy just wants to get back home so the good witch tells her to follow the yellow brick raod to Oz and he can help her home. When Dorothy went down the yellow road she met a scarecrow who wanted to go to Oz for a brain She met a lion who wanted to go to Oz for courage She met a tin man who wanted to go to Oz for a heart
My connection is like dorothy I have friends and we work together to do stuff we want or like.

My favorite part is when they found Johnny appleseed was found sitting under a apple tree. This was my favorite part because he went around the world planting more and more apple trees and oneday he got tired and someone saw him laying there.

My favorite part is when Old Sally Cato walks into that giants mouth. She dousn't even notice ( well she pretendes not to ) that she is in there.
I connect with the with Bess Call because I am also strong. The book says Bess is strong enough to lift a cow!! That would be cool to be able to do that kind of things. She would pobably be strong enough to lift a car!

My favorite part is when Old Sally catos boys go out to find some food\meat but when they were skinning it. They were really colse to the monsters cave so the monster got up and started chasing them. When they got home there mom told them to stay away from the monsters cave. This is my favorite part because they learned a lesson.
My connection to this book is when Bess Call lifted threehundred pounds of a cow. She did it a cool way to show off, she got the same cow and held it up with one finger. I connect with this because she is strong and i am strong too.!

My favorite part is when the soldiers try to defeat Sir Lancelot because he is the greatest fighter. They cannot defeat him. This is my favorite because I didn’t think that a farmer could beat trained soldiers.
My connection to this book is that my Grandpa was a soldier in the Army and there were many soldiers like Sir Key that tried to defeat Sir Lancelot. Sir Lancelot was a member of the Knights of the Round table. He was very strict and my grandpa was too.

My favorite part is when the old man save the day.A little boy was running up a hill because his brother fell in a well.The boy was trying to find a old man.The boy saw the old man and he said i need your help.The old man said for what.The boy said my brother fell in a well.Well the old man had a ladder so he ran where the boy went.He saw the boy and he saw the well.The old man put the ladder down the well and he got the boy and the boy said thank you.He save the day.
My connection is when i help my sister to get out of a hole and i had to get a ladder to help her up.

my favorite part was when paul's dad made a boat cradle and sent him to sea. And the author said it was a lovely green blue place for a cradle. It made me sleepy.

My favorite part is when the fire happened. John put Black Beauty and Ginger in the stable at the hotal, and the grooms came in. The groom told one of the man to go get more hay, so the man put his pipe down and went to go get the hay. Later a man called fire, John got Beauty and Ginger out. Soon John found out the man's pipe caused the fire.
My connection to the fire is my brother all most set the house on fire playing with matches.

My favorite part of the story is when the shepard shows Much-Afraid that he can make her feet like hinds' feet. This story amazed me by how the water & flowers were talking! It was so funny and cute! In the end Much-Afraid had hinds' feet and her name was changed to ' Grace and Glory'.
My connection is when I get to go to feilds of flowers, like Much-Afraid.
